Room rates start at $175 per room per night/double occupancy.  Midweek rates start at $175.  (Room rates do not include sales tax.)  Off-season rates (October 31st to June 1) are reduced and often include specials.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the amount of your first night's visit.  A deposit of 50% is required if you will be staying with us for 3 or more nights.  A full refund of the deposit (minus $20 per room) will be returned to you if you notify us more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be credited toward a future stay within one calendar year, provided the canceled space is resold without loss to Seaside Cottage.

Payments may be made with cash, check or traveler's checks.
